in Instow Village Hall
Immediately before the
Instow Parish Council AGM.
All members
of the public are welcome to attend but only those on the electoral role are
entitled to vote on a matter raised at the meeting on which a vote is required.

will be organised by the Instow Parish Council Chair and the Instow Parish
Council Clerk

let us know, and we will be delighted to welcome you to read it out. Please
also forward a copy of your report to the Clerk for IPC records. If you cannot come to the meeting, please do
provide a report, which will be read out by the Chair.

When contacting the Parish Council, please ensure you use these official Council email addresses only.
Private email accounts should not be used for any Council-related business.
Using the correct email addresses helps us:

*Protect councillors’ personal information

Reports of driving over & on pavements within Instow
Driving on & over the pavement.
Under Section 72 of the Highways Act 1835, is illegal to drive on the pavement anywhere in the UK. Therefore, as any vehicle parked on the pavement has, by definition, been driven there the driver has committed an offence under this section.
